Very quiet and looks beautiful. I buy this product because it can be filled up from the top and could put the essential oil on there. The most I like about this product is it has three different mist control levels and we can adjust it according to our needs. Very dry here in my city and needed some additional humidifiers for our rooms. It really doesn’t make any noise at all, and it blows the moisture out in a way where it disperses nicely and does not get the ground or anything around it wet. I love this humidifier, it's perfect!
I can depend on it to work 50% of the time without having to tinker with it. When I finally get it to work I dare not turn it off or I will have to tinker with it to get it to work. At first it was fine. after awhile it is not dependable... I have an Airexpect unit and it works fine everytime. These people can't even answer the Phone!!!
I've had it for about 2 years and it just stopped working. Took it apart and made sure it was clean. I've always used filtered water. Plugged it back in and it worked for about a second and never worked again. Called the company and discussed all trouble shooting options. I didn't have the original receipt they could not help me. Not a long lasting design.
